Keystone Automation offers metal rapid prototyping services through the use of the Phoenix Systems PXM which produces full density metal parts in Titanium, Aluminum, Cobalt Chromium, or Stainless steel with mechanical properties similar to or exceeding their traditional counterparts. This method will allow even your most intricate designs to be in your hands within days and allows engineers the design freedom that comes with additive manufacturing.

The machine uses DMLS or direct metal laser sintering technology to then build the digital model into a solid design, each layer at a time. This will allow for saving costs and a more efficient way of rapid prototyping or making adjustments. This technique allows for the combination of  saving time and cost.
