Industrial Sensors

industrial-sensors-and-encodersKeystone Automation offers the most innovative industrial sensor technology available from industry leaders such as Sick, Balluff, Micro Detectors, Migatron Corp, Takex, and IFM to name a few. Our partners are dedicated to product improvement and the sensors are designed to meet the changing needs of our customers – reducing costs, improving quality and increasing throughput. The application possibilities are endless for both large- and small-scale projects in nearly every industry.

We carry contrast sensors, distance measurement sensors, induction Sensors, inductive sensors, industrial Sensors, photoelectric sensors, proximity Sensors, registration sensors and ultrasonic Sensors. At Keystone, will also provide you with a safety risk assessments at your request.

Photoelectric Sensors

Lack of space is no problem when it comes to integrating photoelectric sensors into machines and systems. Keystone Automation’s vast range of photoelectric sensors offer precise optics and advanced technology in a miniature housing.

Inductive Proximity Sensors

Inductive proximity sensors detect metallic objects without touching them. There are millions of inductive sensors in use in almost every area of factory and logistics automation. They are an ideal non-contact solution for detecting metal objects. They also offer a long operating life and the optimum precision and reliability using the most modern technology.

Capacitive Proximity Sensors

Capacitive sensors detect anything that is conductive or has a dielectric different from that of air and are ideal for level and feed monitoring. From solid material, such as paper or wood… to granules or liquids, they reliably detect the status of the product during the production process and final inspection. Sensing ranges between 1 and 25 mm allow clearance in almost any installation and they are extremely adaptable for a wide range of applications. These sensors are also suitable for extremely adverse industrial environments.

Magnetic Proximity Sensors

Magnetic proximity sensors are sensors specifically designed to detect magnets and provide much further sensing range up to 120mm.

Registration Sensors

Fast and accurate detection, these sensors are ideal for reliable detection and differentiation of contrasts, colors, fluorescent materials, and light absorption in automation technology.

Distance Sensors

From micron to mile, Keystone Automation has sensors to meet your needs. Our sensors measure distances in difficult conditions with high precision. From measuring with light, sound waves or encoders.

Detection & Ranging Solutions

Detection of an object’s position within the sensing field is known as measuring or ranging. Keystone Automation offers a wide range of technologies and solutions for applications such as height control, area monitoring, security, collision protection, and classification of vehicles.

Positioning Encoders

Distances, positions and angles — when precise positioning is required, an encoder is unbeatable. For distance measurement applications, the resolution of the encoder is in the micrometer range, and when making angular measurements, it is equivalent to a few thousandth degrees. Our line includes absolute, non-contact length measuring systems, wire-draw encoders and compact measuring wheel encoders.

Motor Feedback Systems

Highly precise speed and position measurement. Previously, three sensors were needed for commutation, position and speed, resulting in many interfaces. SICK’s motor feedback systems offer these functions in one unit, with standardized electrical and mechanical interfaces.
